My Subscription Addiction

My name is katie and I am a self confessed craft addict! My current craft addiction is my Brimbles Box, it's a monthly subscription box full of wondrous planner and stationery goodies. The highlight of each month is receiving my box of inspiration and happiness.

Each box is filled with various craft and stationery delights that are themed each month, I have been subscribed to the kits since November and each month just seems to get better. Anna the lady who loving puts the boxes together, also designs most of the items in the box, each box is packed with so much care, and a little bit of Brimbles love.

November- Cracking Christmas

Christmas is such a magical time, full of cheer, joy and lots of festive goodness. My favourite thing to do at Christmas is to snuggle by the fire with the ones I love with a hot chocolate and watch a Christmas classic, closely followed by Christmas crafts. This box captured the spirit of Christmas, it encompassed everything that to me screams, Christmas! Hot chocolate post its, christmas quote stickers, santa scrapbook paper and ginger enamel dots! This kit will be used for scrapbooking my Christmas photos. A kit like this needs to be cherished and used to highlight those magical Christmas memories.

December -Winter Wonderland

This Winter themed kit captured the beauty and elegance of Winter. Rosie cheeks, fluffy socks, snowmen, nature and catching snowflakes on your tongue. Most importantly it included penguins, which happen to be my favourite animal. This kit reminded me of all the magic winter has to offer, mainly the first few weeks of January, before it gets too cold. I loved this kit and made a lovely dashboard for my planner.

January- Dream Big

January's kit may be my favourite, whilst I adore Christmas, I love January for turning goals into plans and dreams into realities.
This kit was full of inspiration and motivation, just what you need for the cold and bleak days of January. This kit contained goals stickers, marble post its, sentiment stamps and a very handy fridge planner. I have already used this kit to do a layout for my planner and to make some very fetching planner clips!

The Brimbles box is so affordable and is a must for any stationery, planner or craft addict! To subscribe or find out more go to https://www.mrsbrimbles.co.uk/

Planuary

Hi everyone! I cant quite believe we are in 2017, where has the time gone? 2016, now seems a distant memory. Whilst I adore Christmas, (340 days to go!) I love nothing more than the crisp fresh air of January and the new possibilities it brings along with it.

Come January the 1st, I have cracked open my new stationary, donned a pen and began to plan, note and set goals for the year ahead. I have always nick named it 'Planuary', a month for turning goals into plans and lists into actions.

Now, down to the details, the planner my current planner of choice is my Happy Planner, its a favourite of mine as I love the space, layout and design.

I love that it came in a kit, with date, month and sentiment stickers. It is widely available from alot of craft suppliers, however, I bought mine from www.craftelier.co.uk. They are a great Spanish based company.
The amazing thing about the Create 365 Planner is that it's so pretty on its own that if unlike me, you don't decorate your planner, it is ready to go.

However, if like me you love to decorate your planner, there is so much room for stickers,to do lists, cleaning and food prep. Each Month has a 2 page spread as does the weeks.

Please see my video below for a full planner tutorial and plan with me video.

Happy Planning!!
